Regular shipping policy: We make your pieces to order here in the studio, and send them as soon as they’re finished. Sometimes that’s the same week – during busy periods it takes a little more time – but we’ll make sure it leaves the studio within ten business days. If you’re in a rush, or don’t see what you’re looking for, or have any questions at all – send us a note!

Due to the nature of our business we kindly ask you to cancel your order within 24 hours if you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase.

All items will be shipped insured and a signature will be required upon delivery.

Returns are accepted on unworn pieces within 10 days of receipt. Please notify us in writing prior to shipping. Pack the jewelry in the box it arrived in to keep it protected, and send it insured to our studio address using the shipper of your choice. We’ll refund your purchase but the cost of shipping will be deducted from the return. Postage will be refunded only if the item is faulty or if any error is made on our part of the order.

No returns are allowed for custom orders or pieces that have been altered in any way including sizing.
